Why Programmes Fail

It has occurred to me that no matter how good our programmes – they always fail if the relationships fail.

Conversely weak, mediocre programmes will continue to draw people if they know they are loved and cared for.

So why do we put all our time, effort and significance into programmes?

Because they make us feel safe, in control and important?
