Coffee Break

This is my irregular posting of my “surfing” around the net. So grab a coffee, take a break and see what interests you.

Church Planting Novice gives us some great thoughts on combining home and office for church planters (and anyone else involved in ministry of any sort really)

Mike Jolly has a post with Mark Driscoll’s 18 criticisms of Sydney Anglicanism. Gordon Cheng has a fuller notes on the same talk. As my church tends to be rather influenced by Sydney I thought points 8, 10, 11, 13 hit the mark back home.  What do you think?

Win a copy of Mark Driscoll’s new book “Death by Love”check it out here.

Tim Chester and I must be on a similar wavelength because I have been thinking about the story of Balaam lately and here he posts a few helpful thought: “What Balaam teaches church planters”

Micheal Tinker has a great missional post thinking about travelling musicians and doing community on the road.
