Peter Berger “You Can Do It!: Two Cheers for the Prosperity Gospel” (HT: Scot McKnight).  Berger takes some time to see the benefits and the good of the prosperity gospel.  Good for combating reductionistic thinking in this area.  But the badly distorted theology of the prosperity does make me wonder if this article is a wise treatment of a serious issue.  The ends cannot justify the means…
